Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days using UPS Ground to street addresses within the Continental USA (sorry, no P.O. boxes). Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and it is in "as-new" condition, you may return any online store item, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Repackage the item in its original packing and include the packing slip. Address your package to:

If you would like to exchange an item (for a different size or a completely new item), please follow the return procedure, then place a new order through the online store. This will ensure the replacement item is available and will provide the fastest possible service to you. A refund to your account will be issued once we have received the merchandise you would like to replace.

Using Your Account
To protect your privacy, the process of obtaining account information requires that you log in to our secure server using your username and password. If you have forgotten your password click the login link, enter your username, and select the option to have your password emailed to you at the email address you provided when you created your account.

1. How do I place an order on the online store?
- Place products in your shopping cart by selecting the number of items and the appropriate size you want and then click on "Add to Cart".
- When you're ready to purchase, click "Check Out".
- If you're a returning customer, simply login, select your payment method, and verify your billing and shipping information.
- If you are a new customer, you will need to click on "Create A New Account", or if you prefer, you can click on “Place Order Without Account”. Complete the easy to follow format in entering your information.
2. How do I complete my order?
Checking Out: When you are ready to check out, click on the "Check Out" button at the top of your screen. Your User Name and Password are recognized and automatically provide you with the opportunity to review all your pertinent billing and shipping information. You may modify the shipping address and verify the summary of items in your shopping cart.
3. What options do I have to make payment?
Payment Method: All prices on this site are in U.S. dollars and you may purchase by using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. For your protection, the name and billing address you enter on your personal profiles must match your credit card billing statement so we may process your order.
4. Will I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipping to addresses within the State of New York will have the Erie County 8.75% sales tax applied as appropriate.
5. Can I custom imprint my item(s) with a corporate or sponsor logo?
